某一部上場企業のタイ駐在として約3年勤務したのち独立。
(日本での勤務を合わせると合計18年半勤務)
Tamaとの出会いから、自身グルテンフリーを始めて、体調の変化、肌質改善、体質改善を体感し感銘を受け、もっとグルテンフリーを広げたいと考え、一緒に起業。現在はビーガンも実施。
まずはバンコクで軌道に乗せ、グルテンフリー&ビーガンを世界でもっと浸透させるために活動を広げていきたい。
Worked for a Japanese company in Thailand for about 3 years before going independent.
(I worked in Japan for a total of 18.5 years).
After meeting Tama, I started gluten-free myself and was so impressed by the changes in my physical condition, improved skin texture, and improved body constitution that I decided to start my own business with her to spread the gluten-free movement further. I occasionally go vegan.
We would like to start in Bangkok and expand our activities to make gluten-free & vegan more popular around the world.

After my mother was diagnosed with gluten-free refractoriness, I started developing gluten-free products with the sole intention of getting her to eat bread. I would like to expand my business to pasta, pizza dough, and other products using a variety of flours.
