母のグルテンフリー不退症が発覚し、母にパンを食べてもらいたい一心でグルテンフリーの開発に着手。今現在はパスタや、ピザ生地などにも手を広げ、様々な粉を調合し商品を作り広げていきたい。

開発10年、マレーシアでの販売実績をもとにタイでもっと広げたい！

When my mother was diagnosed with gluten intolerance, I was determined to create gluten-free bread that she could enjoy. This motivation led me to start developing gluten-free products.

Today, my work has expanded to include items like pasta and pizza dough, and I continue to experiment with different flour blends to create new products.

With 10 years of development experience and a successful track record in Malaysia, I am now eager to expand further in Thailand!
